Booking the removal-only option was a lifesaver on move-in day, the guys showed up in the window I picked and had my old mattress hauled away in under ten minutes. I didn't have to lift a finger or figure out where to dump it myself, which made the whole delivery feel way less stressful.

The old mattress was gone before I even finished my coffee—they hauled it away in about ten minutes flat, no scratches on the hallway walls. Booking the removal-only option took seconds online, and it's such a relief not to wrestle that thing down three flights of stairs alone.

They showed up right on time and had my old mattress out of the bedroom and into the truck in under ten minutes. The "removal only" option was perfect since I'd already bought the new one, and they made sure not to scrape the walls on the way out.
